Medical Services

Family First Health is proud to offer board certified physicians and mid-level providers at all sites. Additional specialty providers have been added to our Hanover Center and George Street Center to offer patients expertise in the areas of pediatrics and infectious disease. All providers participate in the Chronic Care Model to manage a patients chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. All sites are staffed with Spanish interpreters to assists with visits if the need exists.

Family First Health offers an eligibility specialist to work with patients to examine their eligibility for Medical Assistance, Healthy York Network and Family First Health’s Reduced Fee program. Additionally, patients of Family First Health and those apart of Healthy York Network are able to use the Healthy Community Pharmacy, a non profit pharmacy co-located at Family First Health’s George Street Center.

Dental Services

Family First Health offers 11 dental chairs in the city of York and 5 in Adams County located at our Hanover Center. Hygienist services are available at our George Street Center and Hanover Center. Family First Health has incorporated an Extended function dental assistant (EFDA) to our dental operations to enable our dentists to see an increased number of patients each day. Two of our York Chairs are located at our Hannah Penn Center in the Hannah Penn Middle School and are reserved for treating the youth of the York City School District.
